It is a Special Regime that generates benefit for Brazilian exports, including in the tax relief on imports and purchases in the domestic market for employment or consumption in the industrialization of products destined for export.

All beneficiaries of the regime need to have a clear understanding of the legislation, knowledge of the impacts on the operation of DRAWBACK MANAGEMENT to avoid the surplus of imported/purchased goods in the domestic market without use and a subsequent nationalization of these materials for the variation of the mode.
